Technology parameter
(1) Thermal potential:
Heat characters: the temperature of thermocouple on flame is 600-700 and the heat potential should≥15mv
Cool characters: the temperature of thermocouple on flame is 600-700. The heat potential should be≤1.5mv
When heated for 5min and then cut off the power.
Work temperature: the top temperature is lower than 700 and the other parts higher than 125
(2) Mechanical properties:
The wire should not be wound or bent with a radius of less than 10mm. During assembly and operation, avoid folding and friction with sharp corners of appliances and devices, and avoid bending at small angles around the welding site.
The welded part can withstand a pull of at least 150N
Precautions
The heated part of the thermocouple must be heated at the tip of the thermocouple 3-5mm. Do not place the tip of the tip inside the flame, which will cause the potential to decrease and reduce the life.
