How thermocouple sensing lines work
Among a large number of thermal instruments, thermocouple induction lines are used as temperature sensors, and thermocouple induction lines are widely used. The thermocouple sensing line is operated by the thermoelectric effect, and the thermocouple sensing line thermoelectric potential rate is generally several tens to several μV/°C. The so-called thermoelectric effect is a phenomenon in which a thermocouple sensing line refers to a phenomenon in which an electron (hole) in a heated object is accumulated due to a temperature gradient moving from a high temperature region to a low temperature region.
The thermocouple induction line is a conductor with two different components. The two ends of the thermocouple induction line are welded, and the thermocouple induction line forms a loop. The thermocouple induction line is directly measured at the end called the working end (hot end), and the thermocouple induction line terminal block. The end is called the cold end. Thermocouple induction line When there is a temperature difference between the hot end and the cold end, the thermocouple induction line generates a thermal current in the loop. The thermocouple induction line is connected to the display meter, and the thermocouple induction line meter indicates the generated thermoelectromotive force. Corresponding temperature value. The thermocouple induction line electromotive force increases with increasing temperature.
